Stayed young and physically only by way of doing physical exercise in the learned person style

Generally, human being want health, strong and stayed young forever, but sometime human being didn’t know and they are careless to do something that caused of that and everybody when they are asked about health, they answer that they want to get health ninety nine percent yes.
We are as Muslim, truly we have to sure of that problem because in Islam has a manner that we have to imitate namely take exercise as like the learned person done because learned person is heir of prophet. And we know that Rosulullah is a handsome and has a good physical, and now, what is the secret? Bukhori Abu A yusuf amin said in his book, maybe the secret is praying that the movement of praying assumed as physical exercise by the doctors in the world.
            Grand master Indonesian ergonomic in his book said “ the movement in ergonomic exercise based on the five foundations of movement ” namely relieve is derivation of  opening of opening prayer, thank god submissive from bow in praying, good sitting and heater sitting from movement of praying, sit between two bowings in praying and sitting in the last of praying. Every movement has a good benefit in preventing the dieses and curing the health from the kind of dieses and he has good depending body.
            Therefore, Ahmad bin Salim Baduila said in his book Mysterious medicine in praying” to keep the good praying has many benefits for someone who always prays. From the religion or worldly. Praying is a garden that full of perfumery, enjoyment of the other something good. Praying is one of the activity that Rosulullah likes very much. In praying there is delicious goodness and love that has value.
            The doctor give advice to get true health it should exercise regularly as like callisthenics or fitness besides eat nutritious food, it is not health for someone who has routine working to do and he is seldom to exercise. Therefore, we have to take exercise, but to get health is not only exercise or jog because if we take prayer, our body will be health, because we have five times obligation around the clock to take prayer, so, keep the health by taking or bring about our obligation.
            We know that the ritual praying is praying and according to syara’ sholat is activity which is began with opening prayer and it is closed with salam
            According to the doctor’s opinion  of Islam, the movement or action in praying that adopted when we open laudation of prayer ritual and we sit in pronouncement of the syahadat, evidently can cause the secret of health in praying because the movement of praying as callisthenics which is long time spoken by the doctor in the world.
Praying is not only gives the health but also ward off a dieses and cure of dieses caused virus bacteria, or age factor, callisthenics practiced by our prophet has special quality or virtue to run the brain, muscle idea, opinion, and holding out to do sexual activity for couple.
            So, the praying is needed to do since child until die because this is the obligation for all Muslim as like the callisthenics in our life.
